Kathryn Leas is Marketing Manager and a Licensed Sales Associate at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. As one of the youngest members of the TTR Sotheby’s team, Kathryn has quickly made a name for herself and has made significant contributions to the company.
Upon taking over the role of Marketing and Business Manager for the companies McLean, VA office, Kathryn has increased the social media and online presence of TTR Sotheby’s. Kathryn has also implemented new organizational procedures, increasing the office’s productivity. One of Kathryn Leas’ most significant contributions has been the coordination and successful execution of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Washington Luxury Tour, and a charitable event, which benefitted CharityWorks. This years Washington Luxury Tour raised over $500,000 for CharityWorks, this amount is more than double the funds raised in 2011.
Kathryn is also a very successful entrepreneur and has founded numerous small businesses including Lulu Bella Boutique and DesignChic Consulting.
Lulu Bella Boutique is a premiere online consignment boutique that offers savvy fashionistas with a vast selection of brand new and gently “pre loved” designer merchandise at a fraction of the retail cost. Founded in 2009 by Kathryn Leas, the business has seen significant increases in profits and sales. During this time, Lulu Bella Boutique has grown significantly and boasts many of the Washington, DC area’s high profile socialites and fashionistas as clients.
Developed from my career in the luxury real estate business and deep seeded love of interior design, decorating, organization, fashion and assisting others in making their homes, offices and closets into the beautiful (functional) space of their dreams. Kathryn Leas established her most recent business venture, DesignChic Consulting (established in 2011). DesignChic’s most popular service is the Closet Cleanse, which incorporates her passion for fashion, design, organizing and re-development.
The Couture Closet Cleanse includes both of Kathryn Leas' ventures. DesignChic and Lulu Bella Boutique become a hybrid, assisting clients with fashion guidance and consolidation, consignment and donation opportunities.

Ms. Leas has a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate and Communications from Georgetown University.
